You may purchase exams for your team from the Alzheimer’s Association, here. 

*  TM Alzheimer’s Association Only providers who have trained staff with a recognized training program are eligible to purchase essentiALZ exams. Individuals wishing to purchase a training program and become certified in essentiALZ must purchase essentiALZ — Alzheimer’s Association training and certification. The essentiALZ exam is intended for learners 18 years of age or older.
